Information Relating a Purchase
Refunding
Scrapland does not provide refunds for purchased ranks. Once a package has been delivered to a user, it cannot be
refunded. However, if your package has not been delivered within 72 hours, you may contact our support team to
request a refund.
Transfering Ranks
When a user makes a purchase, it is registered under the Steam account that was logged in. It is not possible to
transfer the purchase to a different account. However, we are able to ensure your roles on our Discord server,
which can be found at discord.gg/scrapland.
Punishments
It is important to note that holding one of our ranks does not exempt you from being banned for violating our
rules. We do not offer refunds in such cases. To avoid this, please review our rules on our Discord server in the
#rules channel. Additionally, using your rank as leverage to avoid punishment is strictly prohibited.
Package Changes
Our packages may be modified and updated at any time. These changes will be minor and implemented to enhance the
overall server experience. In most cases, packages will include additional perks and items.
